Hello! I'm Rachel, the new Customer Success Agent here at YourStride.
I’m really pleased to have joined the team here at YourStride and I’m excited to be working for a Social Enterprise that is truly making a difference in providing such an innovative product.
Before joining the company I worked in admin at the Head Office of a Care Home Provider supporting several care homes and family members of the residents. I have always had a passion for helping people and really enjoy chatting to you all. In my spare time I also volunteer for Age UK as a telephone befriender.
